Unopened Items: You may return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging for a full refund.

Opened Items: Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any items that have been opened, used, or have the safety seal broken.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
